We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its delicious breakfast.
Everything was perfect and lots to do. Got suite with an incredible view, comfortable bed, modern bathroom as expected. There were tea/coffee making equipment, fridges, and glassware in the room too. Peaceful and marvellous location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Overall the service was marvellous.

Oceana B&B served as a wonderful base for exploring the lovely local area, conveniently located near Tasmania and Hobart. Our unit was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a walk-in closet and breathtaking views, providing all the comforts we needed. the breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The breakfast served was great and we were given fresh towels and the room was cleaned daily. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The key location of the hotel made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions.
The room was not up to the mark, the bathroom was not clean, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Also, there was a constant noise throughout the night that disturbed our sleep. For New Year's Eve, the hotel did not have any special arrangements for guests.

Had a fantastic Christmas weekend in a cozy and clean room. Loved the stunning view from the window and the fresh towels were provided daily. The delicious homemade breakfast served was phenomenal, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful when suggesting activities in the nearby area. The location was convenient and easy to access.
None at all! It was honestly an exceptional stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with great facilities like top-notch toiletries and comfortable beddings. The hosts were extremely hospitable and attentive; they went above and beyond to make my stay special, even adding little extras like sewing supplies and picnic baskets. The breakfast spread was varied, fresh, and beautifully presented. Additionally, the hotel's location had stunning views and was conveniently located.

We were blown away by the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness of the hosts. the sparkling clean room had a fantastic shower and amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts go above and beyond to cater to dietary needs. the location was just a short drive from Hobart and perfect for day trips in the countryside. the hosts provided premium quality amenities including spare computer cables and picnic baskets.
It was a shame that we didn't have enough time to explore the surrounding areas as we were so busy enjoying the great hospitality and amenities of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location is perfect, as it is close to both the airport and the city. The owners provided excellent service and thought of every little detail to make my stay comfortable. From the welcome drink to the room amenities like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, everything was top-notch. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a dressing area and a dining table. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, with the ocean and snow-covered mountain in sight. The dining experience was also exceptional, with a delicious in-room breakfast served each morning.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with great service.
